The Holidays are NOT coming this year

It doesn't look like the old ad is coming back this year. No doubt there's a poll online somewhere or a messageboard (besides this one) with people complaining.

They could have at least kept the old music - thats all it needs really.

I've put the old "Holidays Are Coming" music to the new advert. Someone did a 30-second version and I've managed to do a full 1 minute version here:

Even if they slotted in a few 'holidays are coming' at the end it would be better. But yes the version above sounds great as the ad itself isnt that bad.

Not the most accurate of sources, but a poster on Digial Spy heard the 'Holidays are Coming' music on top of the new version earlier on UTV.

Edit: Although I just saw the new advert without the music over it...

I think it was C4 I saw the ad on earlier on, and it appeared to have the old music over it. Similarly, I'm sure I've seen it on RTE1 with the old music as well.

Yes, I can confirm that it was on UTV last night before Coronation Street with the "Holidays are coming" music. Much improved.

i dont want to spoil it for you but this is definitely what coca-cola should have done (in regards to the ending, you'll see what i mean!).

Is that what was shown on UTV, with that ending? Or is it just the new ad with the old music? Because if it's the latter, I could well sue!
