Yes but when they both team I dont watch it at all since I dont watch Casualty.

Why don't the BBC move Doctors to Holby and then do away with BBC 3 and just call the channel BBC Holby and show everything that it/will be Holby on that channel!!!!
Then the schedule would look like......
1900 Doctors
1930 Holby Blue
2030 Casualty/Holby City
2130 Waterloo Road (move it from Manchester to Holby!!!!)/Holby's Burning/Holby Practice (Peak Practice moved to the hills around Holby!)/Holby Base (a new version of Soldier Soldier)/Holby Kings Oak (a drams set in a suburb of Holby - based on Crossroads)/ Holby ( new name for Hotel based BBC Drama)/Holby Sun (draama based around arouns a holiday camp - bit like Centre Parcs)

That's the idea - they want people to watch both!
The problem is although Casualty and Holby are set in the same hospital, the viewer can often be forgiven for thinking otherwise. One is made in Bristol, the other in Elstree which hampers crossover between the two series, hence appearances by Casualty characters in Holby (and vice versa) are rare.
Before planning any further Holby spin-offs, shouldn't the BBC get its act together and move Casualty and Holby City under the same roof?
