Does anyone know why BBC Parliament is showing TCJ? They've not planned engineer work have they?!

D'oh - I wanted to get the Parliament background music! oh well, it'll be back!
Testcard J! Yay! Has Parliament crashed, or is it a trade test or has it just closed down? Couldn't they stick some muzak on in the background also!? <I'm very demanding aren't I!?>

Erm, Noooo, they're on they're 3 month break. Anyway, wish we had a video, then we could watch it in the morning.
