Today I Brought a TV Card and its ok, apart from capturing, the quality bits up. Help? (its a win tv usb)

Can you be a bit more specific? i.e. can you define 'breaks up' - does it pixelate, or go liney, or does it blur or what?
Also is this still or motion capturing?
It could be the cause of bad aerial reception, poor connecting wires, or incompatible hardware: try downloading new drivers from the Hauppauge homepage (if it is a Hauppauge!!).

Another thing: shouldn't this post be in 'The Lounge'? Mods?
