HELP needed with Hauppauge WinTV Card

I'm having a little problem with Hauppauge WinTV. I can see the video fine, but I'm not getting any sound through at all. Can anyone help me with this please? I've checked and the sound settings look OK, and its not on mute or turned down.

1. Have you pressed the sound button on the toolbar of the capture software?
2. Have you ticked the capture audio box in the settings menu?
3. Reinstalled software/drivers?
4. Fiddled about with the audio cable between the TV card & Sound card?

Thanks a lot - its fixed!! The cable between TV Card and pc was loose!
