Help please? Ident gone astray

Could anyone please help?

I read last Autumn that the BBC were to launch an ident (I understood it was for Xmas) It was to feature pop stars (Elton John, Will Young etc) and they were to sing Paint it Black whilst playing instruments they did not normally play.. eg Elton on drums.

Havent heard a thing since - does any one have any info? much appreciated.

To be honest I highly suspect that this is nonsense, and that no such idents has or is likely to be created.
