Help

I tried to register to the General Board,but it says someone is registered there with my email address already. But I can't remember ever registering there. Is there a technical problem?

EDIT: Sorry, I take it you mean Metropol 24))7: The Lounge? If you do, then i'm pretty sure it doesn't accept Hotmail or Yahoo e-mail addresses for spam. Try using an ISP account like Blueyonder.

It doesn't take email addresses from free providers, including places like Yahoo and Hotmail. Use a proper address with an ISP name in it. Anybody who says they don't have one is lying, considering with most ISPs you get at least one when you open the account.

I found my username at http://www.metropol247.co.uk/forum/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=690 and tried to log in,and then tried the Lost Password feature,but it didn't work. Who runs this forum? Is there a URL to their profile?

Has the 'contact us' link on every page on Metropol completely escaped you? Or, indeed the help link, for that matter?
