If they couldn't get it back on, is 'You've Been Maimed' , 'Creature Comforts' & 'The Planet's Funniest Animals' still the back up, or bearing in mind it's after the watershed, something a bit more challenging?

On ITV1, the feed went just as Angus Deaton was about to talk.
When the feed came back, we saw camera crew and heard the floor manager(?) talking before giving Angus his que so it probably was live.
They made no mention of the technical problems on the show, probably so they can edit it together for the repeat on UTV.
If anyone cares, the subtitler subtitled the ITV continuity.

It'll be interesting to see if they will just run over or shorten the programme down
If it's the former, UTV are currently opted out as you say, so come 10pm they'll have to fill
