Its sinking without the celebs.

Have you noticed they are showing more of the celebs eating than larst year?

Is this a conscious decision?

It could be the case too that people prefer Gordon Ramsey as well. He and Jamie Oliver appear to be the only chefs that people can stomach.

Apparently the Celebs dining are not allowed to see or talk to the contestants. Well call me Gary Rhodes.... Rolling Eyes

Popular this thread isn't it. I can see Reality TV has definately gone to pot. Rolling Eyes . Bob Holness was in tonight, incase anyone's interested.

I have been following this since last Monday and it's not as bad as some people may lead you to believe who have only seen the first episode!

I am really enjoying the extra coverage on ITV2 - they had Big Brother winner Nadia on tonight and she fell out of her dress! ooops! Im sure the pics will appear in the Daily Star tomorrow!

Well I'm watching it but with the amount of anti-ITV feeling going on here since Digital Spy type members flooded us its best not talking about it!

I think the problem with this series is that maybe the chefs are trying too hard to be like Gordon Ramsey, and the general public would rather have the original than a couple of cheap imitations.

I can't believe Aaron was voted off rather than Simon... I've been wanting Simon off since the beginning...

This seems very double standards - the whole premise of Hell's Kitchen is that chefs have violent tempers!

And they throw a contestant out - but the only clip I've seen from this series is Novelli throwing plates around the kitchen on the first night - why didn't he go as well?

Glad to see it flop to be honest - I said last year I'd rather see real people in it than celebs - but it also needs to be a real restaurent with people paying for their meals, not so-called celebs after free hand-outs!

It's just like Property Shows. The C4 versions like Property Ladder / Grand Designs see people risking their own money to build their designs and are quite successful.

The ITV versions like The Block and Trouble in Paradise see people risking ITV's budget to build an architects design generally to win a cash prize - and as the personal involvement is gone, so is the viewers interest - and both shows were axed mid-series!

That's exactly why Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares on C4 is a far superior programme than Hell's Kitchen - and essentially why he chose C4.

If ITV hadnt put so much money towards it, it would have been dumped to a graveyard slot long ago, a la The Block.

What chance a 3rd series? Itll only come back if its celeb version.

Please, Am I the only one bored to the bone with this thing! If I were at ITV if would never have been allowed past the drawing board. It really is the crapest thing I've seen for ages and that includes the BNP's PPB, which, well, you get the impression Surprised
Mind you I have found Angus funny, which is an achievement. Bring him back to HIGNFY, Christ Nichlos was reading the cues on tonights "The liar. Laughter"
Oh and while I'm at it Gary Rhodes is such a toaster, huh, huh!

Joel. Chiche, what ?
