Heather McCarthy versus..

Did anyone see Heather McCarthy being intimidated by one of the lawyers or Juan Raul Garza.
From the outset Heather was making some minor mistakes but the lawyer was a little on the bitchy side and was saying 'Again I'll clarify that what actually happened is...' and things like that.

Her comment about the judge being british was a bit catty aswell.

I saw the interview, it was on at about 1.15am, but I was having a bit of a tidyup in my room, so wasn't paying that much attention to the TV.

I was watching the handover back to Heather at the end of the interview, and she sounded to have a bit of a blocked nose, or was starting to cry

the 'Live' interview at around 1.00am is repeated hourly throughout the night, so poor Heather was reminded of that interview for another 5 hours!!??

Lol yeah, she was probably starting to cry!

Any mistakes made were not Heather's fault, they were the production team. Heather is given a briefing and obviously takes that on trust - a error was made with the lawyer's involvement with the case.
Heather was not about to cry - she was not feeling very well, and had to constantly blow her nose!

Yeah I know that its the production teams fault. And erm about the crying - Joke!

So I was right - she did have a bit of a sniffly nose - let's hope she's better for tonight

Yep! Lets hope she's bought some new clothes aswell as she only has about 4 sets of clothing that she wears.

I honestly hadn't noticed...

Heather would look fine in anything she wears. As for the lawyer, how can he be so cruel to such a nice person.

Does anyone have an audio clip of this - I wasnt paying much attention to the TV at the time, I was having a bit of a spring clean.
