has anyone heard of the mulinair studios

i really need to know where these studios are

all that i know that its in london and near foubart place and off of carnaby street.

Yep - they've got a virtual studio used for things like Orange Playlist, and I think the first series of Smile for CBBC was made there (though this is now made at Capital Group in Wandsworth)

Molinaire was where Childrens ITV was recorded during the 80's. It was also home to the James Whale show

Molinaire was where the BBC Holiday programme used to be edited, till it moved over to Fusion with its senior editor.

And where the very shortlived Russell Grant daytime show for Sky One was done from...

They used to have a fairly large Transmission facility too - though I notice on their website this is played down somewhat - mentioning Sony Entertainment Asia and Sport on Five as their only remaining playout clients. I'm sure they used to do Bravo, Sci-Fi and Carlton Select / Carlton Food Network channels at one point. Did they used to playout UKGold in it's early days too?

You would think if we got all this info easily, the original poster would have some resourcefulness about them, and have been able to find it too.
