A recent visit by the HSE to Sky's Osterley site has found leaky studios and generally poor working conditions. Stress levels are high and night workers aren't afforded their right to health assessments. Is Health & Safety this poor throughout the industry or does Sky have a special problem?

It wouldn't surprise me if this was a Sky only issue... They refuse to recognise the union (BECTU) and I'm sure this hasn't helped in this situation - had the union been involved it would have probably been sorted out yonks ago.

I'm not sure why BECTU and Sky have run ins, but I'm a member of BECTU, and therefore continously reading about this... Confused
