Yeah, although its a good chat show Al Murray himself is not actually funny - its how the guests react to his questions as opposed to himself. imo.
Harry Hill was great again tonight... the Dancing on Ice judge as Action Man, Phil Mitchell deflating and Viv's 'cherubs'!

My remote was on ITV1 all night last night! A really strong line-up even stronger than the Autumn line-up.
It seems that ITV are realising that we want a bit of variety and little bits of the schedule do seem to be changing.
Some different genres are slipping into the schedule with a few more documentaries appearing like the pensions programme last week and some more comedies appearing.
I am looking forward to Benidorm - an upto date version of Duty Free possibly? But it's stuck in the 10pm slot on a Thursday - i'm not sure where i'd stick it in the schedule but there is nowhere obvious!

My personal highlight was definately Phil Mitchell deflating. Excellent new series of TV Burp!

I only got round to watching it this morning on HDD and I agree with you there, that was my favourite, it's not often you see Harry being that critical, I've never known him say what a waste of time, which to be fair is true.

I still like the scene with Mr bobby smashing up the kitchen with dot their and then he's frighting Phil just at the break.

So what happens on ITV2+1 during the TV Burp slot, then? A menu caption for 25/30 mins, or something?

They showed it last night (was their only one showing of TV burp in the schedule for ITV2 last night?). If a programme can't be shown they have a caption which basically says 'we're sorry that this programme cannot be shown for legal reasons' with pointer to the regular ITV2 channel.
