He did more on neighbours at the recording which included Lyn Scully signing the divorce papers from Paul in a segment called "unconvincing signature of the week" but i guess they decided to cut it along with a few more bits.
I wonder if the producers have been reading our comments about featuring programmes like neighbours?
So go on then, who spotted Knitted Character on This Morning this week? First time I've not ended up finding him personally. But I'm not in to watch it, so was a little unfair really.
For me, one of the easiest Knitted Character spots yet, as he wasn't only on the link shown tonight, but for the full X-factor item that day - almost 15 minutes worth - rather than the 20 seconds he's had on other shows. Probably had more air time on Monday's TM than the entire run of TV Burp! But like you say, depends on if you watched it, but if you watched TM then it was incredibly hard to miss.

I always thought the reason TV Burp missed out Neighbours (and also Hollyoaks) is because it knows that it's rather naff, and as such it would be like shooting fish in a barrel. Although I'm a fan of Neighbours, it was rather disappointing from a TV burp POV to see it on there as it felt as if they had rather run out of shows to look at
what's the knitted character got to do with eastenders then (Harry mentioned it on the first show)
That was the show Harry nabbed Knitted Character from... it was a doll used by one of the kids, and during the first series he was using it, they used the weeks Eastender's footage and dubbed a voiceover in giving the character's opinions.
As you can tell, it was a success, so they brought it into the studio the next series and did the jelly skits, and this year he's hiding around different shows.
thanks for that, guess nitted character can appear on pre-recorded shows if they are broadcast the same week, not much point it appearing on Corry this week, it won't bee seen until January
it could appear on have I got new for you or top gear as they are recorded the week they air

Countdown is filmed weeks in advance as well though!
