I believe non-ITV clips were taped off-air. Obviously digital recording has got better in quality since.

I wonder if other broadcasters now provide tapes, realising that being featured on TV Burp could boost your ratings. I suspect a lot of people only tuned in to programmes such as Freaky Eaters and Hole In The Wall after seeing Harry talk about them.

Don't forget that a new episode of this is on tomorrow. I was in the audience for it yesterday and it's great fun, amazing to see it live after watching it for so many years on TV!

Was fun watching Harry record the ITV trailers as well: "Don't worry! If you liked that, you'll love TV Burp tomorrow at...hang on, why am I saying 'don't worry'? You should worry if you're watching ITV on a Friday night"

He was on BBC Breakfast this morning talking about his Comic Relief work, along with some classic clips from TV Burp.

Although sadly, all tickets are now allocated for the series.

I can remember the days when you could usually get tickets on the day before recording with ease. That was only a couple of series ago too. It's amazing how popular TV Burp has become considering how long it has actually been going.

I have to say, last nights episode was the best in a long while. Not sure if it was just because it was the beginning of the second part of this extended season, or because he's looked back at the more recent episodes and looked at what's been going wrong.

Absolutely hilarious though, reminded me of the good old days of TV Burp when it was more of a cult.

I think it might be because he actually did some new filmed stuff. You know like the chasing the stunt bloke from 'The Bill' type sequences. The last series lacked those i feel, and the earlier ones had a lot more of them. This first episode had quite a few, and wasn't just him commenting on clips he'd seen. That's what made it a lot funnier for me.
