Due to overlaps etc and me messing up my stacked up recordings yesterday. (Sky+ will screw up when two shows overlap and you mess around recording them onto DVD from live, playing stuff back while it’s still recording. Complex and messy obsessive nerd stuff). Anyway after recording Doctor Who so not screw things up more I just let Sky+ do this and I've only just recorded it to DVD/Watched it back this morning.

Anyway Hmm, this was ok; I've seen better episodes, but one LOL moment though

Burp was about the only thing I've wanted to see on Christmas day, and I have to say I was very disappointed.

The first few series of TV Burp were laugh out loud funny - I'd tell people they must watch, but they said they wouldn't because they can't stand Harry Hill.

The best thing about Burp was that Harry Hill wasn't a huge part of it - the writing was funny and so the clips.

But increasingly in the last series, and in the Christmas Episode - it was just dominated by Harry Hill doing not very funny sketches and I think the writing was pretty bad.

I fear for the next series.

Stop right there.

Did HHTVB definitely start at 7.59? I, like most people, missed the start of the programme (as did my DVD recorder), but if this is the case, it semmed to finish quite early, just after 8.20 in fact. I went to the recording on Thursday, and I can assure you that plenty was cut out.
