Harry Hill's TV Burp

I thought this would have been mentioned already, but TV Burp is returning for a new series in January, as well as a Christmas special this year. Also, the tickets for the shows have been just been released.

Also, he has got a new book and CD out, as well as a new pilot "Soapington Way."

As much as I was expecting it, I'm more then chuffed to see this back for yet another series. I dug up last year's Christmas special that I recorded on the PC and I couldn't stop laughing at it. Definately one of the funniest TV shows ever. Shame they can't release any DVDs.

This is great news! Another 13 show run! ITV deserve a pat on the back! Hope it is put on at a decent time again on Saturday night rather than at 11pm on Thursdays or 5.00pm on Saturday!

I think after last series it's found its place amoungst the audience on a Saturday night now, and its so much better for it.
It's a fantastic show, though there are so many people who still don't watch it because they don't like Harry Hill, I'm convincing them all one by one to watch it, but some still won't just because they think it will be like his stand up.

I went to see one being recorded last year, and its a fantastic event to watch. If you get the chance next series, go and watch it.

We have to wait until January!! Gutting.... but I am highly looking foward to it!

Looking at the dates for the recordings of the show, looks like there might be two episodes at Christmas.

They are recording on 13/12/07 & 20/12/07. Recordings start again 17/01/08.

Are the 13 on top of this, or are these part of the 13 week run?

Very interesting. I doubt they would pre record one of the new series, unless they're doing it to bring it more inline with the ending of other series of the January line up. Its the thing that looks horrible when programmes are set in a block, and then random ones end before others. Even if they have to fill with a couple of Dancing on Ice - In Training behind the scenes shows before it properly begins would be better in my opinion, and then introduce a new line up in March/April

Any idea if this years Christmas special will be shown before Christmas?
