Harry Hill's TV Burp Will Be Back!!!

I was expecting another fantastic series to complement the last, but I really don't feel the comedy as much as last year. Maybe this is just a 'low' week. Don't get me wrong, I still think it is cleverly delivered.

Just noticed the old 'next time' aston beng used on Burp.

I thought today's show was absolutely brilliant!

"Its Butcher and Cotton...."
"Rosemary and Thyme - Like Gardeners World with Corpses...MAKE YA MIND UP!"
"Thats not a spider Steph thats your eyelashes!"
"They're stealing our shows...again...although we did nick Dancing on Ice so.."

Found it hilarious when he 'phoned Noel' and told him the Princess and the Pea joke.

That annoys me as well - i wrote a post in the Corrie thread and when I posted it I didnt come up and said forum is too busy.

Well delivered but its not as funny as the very 1st series, I nearly died laughing twice back then. Still funny tho he'll have something to pull out the hat in the coming weeks to knock me off my feet.

Even though there was a more limited amount of material to send up tonight (hence the use of clips from ITV3's Behind The Scenes of Rosemary and Thyme ), I still thought tonight's edition was fantastic anyway, good to see the Deal Or No Deal gag returning again. Plus they seemed to have resurrected the make your own Emmerdale titles again albeit with Eastenders this time.

Um, so what's going on? ITV2 are now putting the film 'Alien Resurrection' in BOTH of these timeslots (but longer slots obviously). They've now shunted the TV Burp repeat to a single showing on Wednesday at 23.00. Anyone understand the reasoning behind this? I'm going to e-mail and ask them.

The way they treat the TV Burp is pretty piss poor. I mean, glancing at the ITV2 schedule, a lot of it is alright, but so many imports and repeats of poor quality US chatshows etc. Why can't they showcase one of their own home grown, and pretty good, shows a bit more?

I went to the recording of the first of this episode of this series' TV Burp, and they used a clip in the second episode that they actually showed during production of the first week's show (which they obviously cut at the edit), so I can assume they were short of material this week.

It was the clip where Harry said "isn't it annoying when you get a phone call when you'ce just finished eating an iced bun" - and then there's a clip from a programme featuring a bloke on the blower with shaving foam all around his mouth.
