I don't know about you but since I heard TV Burp is coming back, I've started watching Corrie in the style of Harry Hill. I notice the Gas canister made an appearance in Kev's garage last night!

Looking forward to it. Just spotted a post on DS from an audience member...

Stand by for the huge hands on Casualty, the levitating policeman on Heartbeat, and the moment when Mike Baldwin becomes Gollum on Coronation Street.

As I said over on DS, the production was awesome.

In the previous series', I have never really been a fan of the extended Harry Hill sketches, like for example, the 2 minute clip where HH got married to Hayley from Coronation Street.

The show I went to on Thursday has hardly any of this, which is how I prefer the show - more programme clips, and more sacrastic HH side-swipes. The first part of the programme was especially hilarious so much so that my jaw ached. The "fight" was between Scooby Doo and Scouser Derek Acorah, from TV's Ghost Town series.

He does absolutely rip it into Celebrity Big Brother indeed, and there's a certain person who HH thought Pete Burns looked like... Smile

I still say personally this show works much much better if your like me and hate nearly all 'mainstream' TV

I also went to yesterday's recording for Saturday's show and he really hasn't let us down, it's as funny as ever. I would attempt an account like sjdavis but I'll fail miserably so I'll just say watch it!! Laughing

Again I say it spoils it if you do like 'mainstream' tv. Eg last series he 'did his work' on british isles: a natural history' and I liked that show, so the harry hill 'p**s takes of it' I just did'nt find funny.

I disagree, Harry Hill isn't about him hating all the shows. He obviously loves Corrie and EastEnders but likes to point out the silly quirky bits. It's all done in good fun

Andrew, I like your sig, but I have to tell you, I really didn't get the Todd Carty joke. Can anyone explain it.

Really doesn't need explaining!

He's reffering to the clip from the last series in the trailer. It cuts to PC Gabriel knocking down some dustbins.

He went and threw dustbins around, presumebly through someone who he was chasing getting away from him within the Bill.
