Anyone know why the TV Burp logo flashed qiuckly and covered over the nurse being run over from the royal???? I watched my recording back afterwards in slow-motion to check it out. Also tonights episode when re-edited perfectly without commericals was 24 and half mintues previous 8 weeks its only ever been 22.. With dancing on ice gone something tells me they let him use more of his material this week, I know some of the stuff we writes doesn't make the broadcast cut.

Broadcast are reporting that ITV have commited to two further extended runs for TV Burp. Which is nice, just needs a better timeslot.

Ah Good to hear ITV are still interested, though the last I heard that Harry wasn't going to do anymore as the whole show was very time consuming, though glad to see ITV have twisted his arm.
That is one thing TV Burp has never had, which is a regular timeslot, Series 1 and 2 went out on Thursdays at 10.30pm, brilliant, though when the News moved to 10.30pm TV Burp was in the way, so some bright spark thinks of Fridays at 11.00pm, which lasted one series, though Saturdays at 5.30pm aren't spectacular, it seems to have found its ground in this slot.

Was going to say it should be on at 8.30pm on a Friday then I remembered the mid-nineties and 8.30pm not being the best slot for comedy on ITV.

Looks like ITV are finally seeing the worth of the show :
Harry Hill's TV Burp has been recommissioned for a futher two "extended" series.
The show - a comedic look at the week's TV - will move into a primetime slot when it returns to ITV later this year. A Christmas special is also planned.
“I am delighted that we can announce an increased investment in one of the cleverest and funniest comedy shows on British television," said Paul Jackson, ITV's director of comedy and entertainment.
First debuted in 2001, TV Burp has now completed four series and in 2004 won the prestigious Golden Rose award.
