Shame it had to come to an end but I suppose all go things have to end eventually, personally I want it to end & not to be continued by some "personality" like Vernon Kay (even though I have nothing against the bloke)

Someone did post the first episode on youtube but it seems to have vanished now.

Would Avalon/ITV release a DVD box set of every series?

I doubt it as a lot of the content probably wouldn't be cleared. Remember they showed a clip on one of the best ofs and the person he was making fun of from this reality show had died by the time it aired? There's lots of other things like that.

Yes, I have to admit I had no idea it had been around so long.

It was mistreated by ITV for years in terms of scheduling. Although having said that they stuck with it and didn't axe it, but it really did take them too long to realise what they had.

Same with me. I first set eyes on TV Burp back in 2008. Didn't know it had been going for that long!

Pilot was broadcast on 22 December 2001, a full series was commissioned, starting on 14 November 2002.

I think it was S4/5 where it got given a repeat on Saturday evenings around 5.15?

Didn't people write in to ITV questioning why it was being aired in such a late slot considering its family-friendly nature?

Didn't the pilot air around 8pm?
The pilot episode Harry wore a yellow hi-di-hi jacket, I think it was an idea that it would have been a different tv themed jacket each episode, but that wasn't carried over to the series.

So refreshing watching the older series again on Cartoon Network. They're at the period where the BBC attempted to stop them using EastEnders clips - copyrighted as 2004 but I remember it as being earlier?
