Hardly any ads on ITV1

Has anybody noticed this? why? there are the commercial breaks and then a promo - i wish itv1 was like this all the time! some nites its not far off uk gold...!

About time, ever since xmas a couple of years ago, who wants to be a millionaire started showing 3 breaks in the hour long programmes and since then all programmes have followed suite. I think it is unnesessary for ITV 1 to show so many breaks, its really annoying when your watching a decent programme (not that many on ITV 1 anymore) and it is interupted by adverts every few minutes. Maybe one day they will stop showing thousands of adverts and start showing more programme.

I've seen a good advert these past couple of days where some animated bloke is coughing (exactly how I feel now ) and it ends with 'Shut that cough up!'

I can't remember the name for the product.

Is that the advert which has 'Al' (from Al and Monkey) doing the voiceover. It certainly sounds like him!!
