Happy Birthday to the Breakfast Team.
But I still could not watch the whole version from Hong Kong.:

Wow a whole year old! When the thing started it was Jeremy Bowen, Sophie Raworth, Moira Stuart, Sarah Montague, Darren Jordon. That does seem strange. Sarah Montague was only there 5 minutes, Tanya Beckett has gone - has Sara Coburn gone as well, she did Brekafast for ages! Sian Williams & Bill Turnbull now on as well. How times change and only a year old!

Asad Ahmad was there and left. Kate Sanderson and Emma Howard joined the team, and several people, including Jane Hill and George Eykyn have presented the news bulletins in the year!

Last year, it was Monday the 2nd of October, the 1st of October is on a Monday this year!

BTW, I've never seen Jane Hill on there! But Asad Ahmed was great! I think he regularly does live broadcasts for BBC News 24 now...(?)

Personally, I think it's **** compared to Breakfast News. It's trying to be something it can't be, GMTV style but with authorative news. Constantly bogged down with those annoying News 24 updates, which - from a branding point of view - make very little sense. It's obviously just a lame attempt to get News 24 a bit more publicity. A studio that is so boring it actually wants to make me get back into bed and a presenting team to match.
