Happy Birthday BBC TWO

click this - could've been the 40 years ident.It's the modern one arguing with the dog ident with the 1986 background behind it.

Badly added 'hands' and lack of editing the 'dog' ident. This is not the mock design forum.

What a remarkable programme! I thoroughly enjoyed it! It was a very interesting insight on how BBC2 started. All I would criticise about the programme was that they hardly featured all the idents. They kinda did this when they featured the decades. I thought it was supposed to be one programme? @ the end of the 1st hour, it ended, just for a slight second for the BBC to have a breather, then again for the next two hours. Anyhow, it was great to watch such an interesting show.

hi, first of all, thanks for all the comments about my Happy Birthday BC Two trail! glad you liked it...

it was all a bit of a nightmare finding all the old footage!

and to answer a couple of questions, yes the old idents were arced for the trail as our tx is 16:9 but no, they weren't shifted up so they wouldn't clash with the BBC Two dog.
