Surely it MUST be longer than 3 years! It seems my whole life has revolved around TV Forum and im certain it *has* to have been around much much longer - surely?

Happy 3rd Birthday then!

3 Years, makes you feel old. I first joined in November 2001 as 'stegranadaitv1' and what the f*ck was I thinking!?!?

Other than the mods who has been here since the start? As many members from 2001 seem to have gone now.

Happy Birthday! Another year goes by.

Been here since day one, I can remember when it started it was under a basic version of Ikonboard, one of the first threads was on the BBC One balloons and whether they should stay.

Those were the days!

Blimey, I'm glad someone remembered. Must admit that it did slip my mind! Embarassed

Three years! Just imagine the number of words that have passed in conversations at this place over that time. And memories - the original (4-day ish) message board before 22nd March 2001, the lack of homepage for several months while the forum was part of TV Home, the short lived Lounge different colour scheme, the first appearance of the Mocks forum (at YoungJournalists site!), the crashes...! I could go on.

Aside from reiterating what Rob's already said, I'd like to thank everyone who continues to support the site by visiting and the feedback sent and to all who helped with designs or temporary hosting during the worse patches. For all its faults, the site did seem to come around at the right time 3 years ago. Seems there was a demand for public, community-registered presentation talk....and I'm glad there still is!

(I keep saying I'll reupload some old threads and as soon as I have the time, I will - there's a fair few saved over time from the old Ikonboard era)

Cheers, Asa

I'd like to say I've got a head for dates, but that would be a lie. Of course, it's a little known fact that this forum was set up in honour of my 16th birthday...

I remember the 1st birthday well when we wer first allowed to glimpse upon the image of Tom Davies in all his beauty.

TVF is the only forum I know where two websites, independant of one another, are so closely linked to one another. Even if the other site is full of pictures of Rod's face. Ah well, can't have it all.

Happy Birthday, don't forget it's mine (and Damo's) on the 8th of April though.
