Great Service - Great Sets

My uncle had a 1970's Sony Colour Trinitron set that was working fine up until a few years ago, it had a dial rather than programs. Even now I don't believe the TV was broke, he just replaced with an Alba TV/DVD combination.....how times change.

Well in the end it had been repaired about 10 times in the last five years of it's life, it kept going but had enough in the end & refused to do anything. The VCR was fine but he ended up getting a widescreen TV with a VCR & DVD played thrown in for free, bye bye top loading VCR
