An incredible night for BBC Two with the Great British Bake Off last night!

Not only did Bake Off rate higher than Saturday's XFactor, it was also #BBC2's biggest show in at least a decade. #GBBO

It had an average audience of 8.42m/32.6%, with a peak of 9.1m.
