Granada Transmitter Lost Feed

Did anyone notice around 0800 on GMTv just a blue screen? Looked like a transmitter feed got lost, but no message appeared. Turned it up and you could hear something too.

Here it had a still with GMTV logo with 60's text 'Returns Soon'

There were colour bars on screen at 7.40am here in Yorkshire. Many other regions on Sky seemed to be uneffected

Well both Sky and terrestrial Granada had the blue.

From what I read here it sounds like ITV North (previously GMG North) lost the feed. GMTV continued as normal here on ITV1 Anglia.

Probably because there was a fault

All adverts during GMTV are the same across the whole country (ie played out from GMTV) are they not?
