I assume from the quality of that image that it's either a live capture or from broadcast quality VT.

I hate to think of the filesize though.

Incidentally, what programme was that from?

Since the GMG '/' logo looks a bit like a sextant (An old nautical measurement dealie) I'm guessing that Sextant is some GMG subsidiary.
Not sure though.
