We arrived early afternoon, refreshments were served then we recorded
it in Studio 2 ( where else! ) around 3pm. Everyone else on the forum
went home but as I was only around 16yrs at the time and couldnt drive,
I had to rely on the bus home ( 25mls way ) which were not very frequent. It was Gordon Burns' idea for me to stop and see the programme transmitted. I also received a script from the programme
after it had gone out, with many crossings outs, extras added etc by
Bob Greaves. I also appeared approximately eight times on a Sunday night programme called " Open Night " presented by Mike Scott. There was 100 of us who had to chat about that weeks selected programmes and they had producers or presenters on the panel with Mike Scott to answer any questions we had.

Looks like once again Granada has dropped the News Ident before Granada Reports. Just gone back to how it was done before the new look "Regional Tralior and then Tony and Lucy saying "This Is Granada Reports"

Is it me or has Granada Reports sacked all of the presenters this week? As we've had no sports presenters this week and Lucy Meacock hasn't appeared at all (Actually, that isn't that unusual) as it is just getting weirder with Tony Morris on his own. He works better with someone else, even a sports presenter, I know the football season has ended but there are still Sports stories on the programme.

Plus it was nice to have Paul Crone back on tonight.
