Grammatical question

Dear all,
I am not a native English speaker and we have a dispute here with our collegues. We are operating a television channel in Hungary and some of our programmes are subtitled in English.

How would you say in English:
"The following program is subtitled in English"
"The following program subtitled in English"
or
"The following program has been subtitled in English"

I wrote "program" instead of "programme" because the majority of our English-speaking viewers are in the USA.

Personally, I'd go with..
"The following program has been subtitled in English" or "This program has been subtitled in English"

I admire you. It must be a long and difficult process to be successful running a TV network in a country like Hungary.

For me, the correct sentence to inform your viewers the programme has English subtitles is:

'The following program has subtitles in English'.
