Apologies if I'm not the first person to notice this - but, despite the huge difference in ratings, Good Morning Britain actually has twice as many Twitter followers as BBC Breakfast.

Not sure what that tells us about anything, really, but just thought it was interesting.

Lots of people posting on FB today that the clock was an hour early around 7am. ITV1+1 viewers, or a technical fault?

There has been many occasions where people have confused the +1 service with the main channel.

No doubt the same thing will happen with BBC Breakfast when BBC One +1 launches.

I think you're overestimating the thinking power of the moron's behind the problem. They'll just complain that both channels have the wrong clock.

Doubt it will happen on BBC1+1 as that will only operate between 8pm and about 6am as it will timeshare with CBBC (hence "killing" off BBC3 as a broadcast channel)

There's been a couple of instances when the clock jumps an hour ahead, but only for a few seconds.

They do promote their Twitter page throughout the whole show though, so its bound to get more followers

Noticed that the one-on-one interview area has changed slightly http://www.itv.com/goodmorningbritain/news/buyers-under-pressure-to-purchase-without-checks

Ranvir a far more suitable stand in than Kate, and as expected Charlotte settled effortlessly into the main hosts chair. Hopefully come September they'll just have Ranvir as the main female lead in and ditch Kate all together.

I think that area can be reconfigured to allow for stand-up presentation or as interview area. We've seen Richard Arnold use that area for stand-up presentation recently, as well as several interviews using a simple two chairs look.
