Anyone find Lorraine really uncomfortable to watch? Clearly not live today and doesn't flow as well as it did before?

Completely agree. I feel like it's lost structure due to the loss of the news review. Instead she now potters around the studio for the first 5-10mins catching up with the studio guess

I said this on Monday , it's lost the structure, throwing constantly back to the kitchen etc. Quite difficult to watch imo. Very Sunday scoop type format now...

Looking at the GMB Facebook page, more positive comments are starting to roll in now. Of course, it's easier to criticise than praise, so there's still more negative than positive though.

Same with Twitter. The odd negative, but vast majority were viewers tweeting @GMB with their views on certain stories. Quite a positive trend and one which will continue hopefully.

Not sure if its right but on DS I just read that GMB had 700,000 yesterday - up on the dreaded 600,000 from Wednesday.

740,000 actually, despite the media continue to report on "ratings continuing to fall".

Mark Jefferies from The Mirror seems to be quite positive about the show, he's said about it being 100k up yesterday (which is a big rise after Wednesday's drop, we must remember) and said it's something to build on if it keeps the same figure next week.

Susanna even favourited his tweet, and when asked by a viewer whether she regretted moving from the BBC to ITV, she replied telling him to 'look at the latest figures' Laughing

His article has been edited since this morning. The headline originally said something like 'GMB Ratings continue to slide' until someone pointed out the article showed the reverse.

Maybe she meant to tweet a photo of the latest figures on her pay slip.

Taking notice of the ratings from day to day like that isn't really useful or a good indication of a trend.

Normally true but not when the fall is as big as this. Dropping 160k and 4 share points in 2 days is a very worrying sign and to pretend otherwise is wrong. That's a 20% fall! The fall so far (percentage wise) in just 2 days is already much bigger than Daybreak1 had across all of its debut week.
Yesterday was down 150k on the same day last year with Aled and Lorraine.

Up now to 740k. Makes your post look a bit premature Embarassed Perhaps best to look at longer trends than overnights.
