A pink GMB logo was on one of the monitors during the showbiz.

Yeah I was thinking that - it's going to get quite difficult to hide him every time they hand to regional news. Perhaps it would be better for Sean to do it seeing as he is limited to Sport and smiling in the group shot?

The comments on the Radio Times website are slating GMB.... only a couple of positive comments.
I've been watching for 45 mins now and I reckon visually it's good, vibrant and modern. But every thing is quick, too quick. There's a balance between holding attention for long enough vs needing to move on to the next bit, but everything is like a minute long. Weather, Local News, political interview, interview with the family, richard arnold, andi peters. To me so far, it;s been TOO fast paced so you don't get a chance to connect with what's happening before they've moved you to something else. And Charolotte seems to have done more in these 45 mins than Susanna - and seems more at ease with the whole thing.

The GMB DOG even covers the sponsor name on the regional weather sting! Good to see them being bold enough to abandon the 4:3 safe areas though.

There's something a bit uncomfortable about "Good Morning Britain! Five people have been killed..."

To be fair though with the exception of pres. fans here few people who like it (or think it's ok) are going to log on to the internet to say something.

New overnight. New this morning. I should hope so, it’s called NEWS for a reason. I think they need to drop this vacuous 'tags'.

Breaking news for an overnight story as well. They don't need to use it liberally to add authority to the programme.

The TOTH is a thing of beauty though, with those sweeping shots of London, and for once, a voiceover I can bear to listen to.

Can't imagine the transition from Andi Peters laughing and joking to Susanna announcing a house fire with 5 deaths being received very well.

After watching for an hour i like it. It has a friendly feel about it and that theme music is brilliant.

Gamal was meant to be making his way to the location of the house fir but now we have a ITV regional reporter.
