One of my uncles still calls it TV AM. The weird thing is that people consciously know it's not called that.

No one calls "The Hydro" in Glasgow "The SSE Hydro", just like no one will call "Wembley Arena" "The SSE Arena, Wembley"

i switched over to gmb, my mum said why does breakfast look different, had to switch over to breakfast Sad

It's strange how it looks completely different on the face of it, but all they've done is extended the ticker across the screen and removed the hashtag/website, meaning that the logo and clock had to be moved further in so they didn't look lost on screen.

I do think however there's a nicer way of going about it, including integrating the clock with the ticker like other news channels. Here's my rough and ready mock to illustrate:
