Interesting how the This Morning logo and the "window" footage appears on the screens on the GMB set. They must share the same feed and get switched over depending on which studio is live.

On-set screens are often fed by the vision mixer’s aux outputs, which allows them to be set to specific sources, or where needed ME banks, on the fly by the production team. Since they share a gallery, they’ll share those outputs.

I keep forgetting that they share a gallery. Pretty obvious considering they're in the same studio.

Yes, the two sets are back to back in TC3, compared to when they were at TLS where GMB was in Studio 5 a good bit away from Studio 8

It shows that This Morning's set doesn't use rear projection, so presumably they're all LED screens?

The trail on ITV just advertised Good Morning Britain at 6:30am tomorrow 🤔

I think This Morning's screens are LCDs (the window mullions hide the bezels).

Lorraine and GMB have a large LED matrix screen and smaller LCDs

Further technical issues this morning in the 8am TOTH:

No titles (including backup) were inserted. I'm wondering whether the main titles had failed at the last minute or those rough camera cuts were prepared to be jumped to.

I reckon there's a competition going between BBC Breakfast and Good Morning Britain to make the title sequences as bland and non existent as possible. Laughing
