That's presumably the end product not work in progress, it's just its recorded on the microphone attached to a camera or phone rather than recorded through a professional recording studio

and not least, recorded in layers - allows for greater scope of flexibility when it comes to edits and remixes, rather than a massive orchestral piece that's hard to manipulate to suit people's needs.
