Ugh

Why not just call the show 'Good Morning Britian Summer' like they do with This Morning?

Or, if not Good Morning Britian Summer, they could call it Good Morning Britton with Fern Britton. She could be the summer stand-in.

I'm going to send-in my idea. To the offices of Good Morning Britian. Xxx

Or just call it Lorraine with Christine Lampard - presented today by Emma Bunton.

Cue Kate Garraway saying 'GMTV Today' by mistake, the presenters and crew descending into an uncontrollable fit of laughter and the whole thing falling off air.

Replaced by Lorraine's emergency tape.

As it's Good Morning Britain you can almost guarantee a revamped theme tune

I know what you mean about the whole 'Today' name.. There was GMTV Today and if I remember rightly remember wasn't Lorraine's original slot called "LK Today"?

It seems that the people that work at ITV Breakfast have zero original ideas at all when it comes to their output.

Why not just hold on to see what this programme looks like first, as it this stage it is no more than an EPG entry that splits the show into two parts.

As I said earlier, I think they are just likely going to be seeing what audience figures are like after 8:30. Otherwise, they could have easily found somebody else to cover for Lorraine.

Does anybody think that IF GMB launched when GMTV ended it would have been a success or would it have been a flop like daybreak because of the sudden change?
