Yes I can see that going down really well in the current climate.

Permanently replacing somebody when they are off on maternity leave does not happen in the real world at all - it’s illegal.

Planet earth maybe? Alls I'm saying is Alex is better. I still think Laura is very good at her job but there isn't the banter there like Alex has. Maybe when contract runs out they could bring in Alex?

Yeah, let's sack off the woman on maternity leave because "there isn't the banter". I'm sure that will bring her great comfort. What the hell is wrong with you!?

Notice how similar 'AllAboutTV' is to 'Alex'? Notice the A and L in both words? Coincidence? I think not.

Firstly it's not illegal. Secondly thank you Ubox for understanding my point and thirdly why do some people on here have to act like women during their time of the month

Yeah. AllAboutTV is soooo similar to Alex. I'm currently on my to a hotel after Dancing on Ice. Actually unbelievable some of these comments tonight
