Are GMB getting a new look anytime soon? The regional news (certainly in the Anglia Region) had a different font for 'Good Morning Anglia' along with the GMB logo also had this new font. Just wondering.

That would be the ITV Reem font surely? Possibly a mistake.
Interesting programme today, they had just Kate Garraway and Ben Shepard presenting, kate reading the news. Was Ben possibly in the Right Hand chair so the over the shoulder graphic could fit next to Kate whilst reading the news?
Also during an interview at 06:48 the accent lighting behind the sofa faded from the yellow they have been using since September to the Pink-Orange lighting used before the 2016 refresh. Must have been an accident as they changed back to the yellow lighting afterwards.
It was all very GMTV-esque this morning with just Ben and Kate. Susanna was probably ill as she was down to present.
They probably could have got somebody else in, but the format works well enough with two presenters. I wouldn't be surprised if they went that way in the future, although I don't think it's necessarily the best decision.
I think it would work well during holidays and during the summer - I think a separate newsreader is better especially since Susanna, Piers & Charlotte work so well.
