People are still watching the 4:3 cut-out stretched across the screen?

Sadly at one time I think there were more owners of widescreen TVs watching that way than were watching it properly

Or possibly the box, it could be set to output '4:3 crop', either way, as you say, needs sorting out.

The AR is OK (as I don't think it's 'stretchy-vision') but his TV seems to be on 'Centre Zoom' perhaps....

The ITV Daytime promo actually looks quite good

And absolutely Not At All™ inspired by the music video for KDA's Rumble. (Is it actually the same set with different backdrops?)

Bit like those old Desmond-era Channel 5 idents that looked an awful lot like that Foo Fighters video.

Quite like that - simple but eye catching.

Think its the first time in a while they've included Jeremy Kyle in the promos - usually it is just the live shows.

Eammon and Ruth get snubbed again, whereas Kate and Ben do appear in the GMB bit.

Same could be said for half the loose woman.

Very nice promo. It shows how the programmes are strongly branded as they've been able to decorate each section with no logos used.

It's "This Morning with Phillip & Holly" - the promo is hardly a snub (plus Ruth's in the Loose Women bit).

Meh.. ideas recycle I suppose...

Sadly, there is nothing I can do about it. Perhaps it is time for me to get one of them 50" TVs...
