I'm willing to bet, though I can't find any evidence of it at the moment, that he appeared at some point on the original programme... Or (more likely?) GMTV.

So much to enjoy in the clip.
Piers obviously looking at the script rather than the footage in the dubbing booth (that's if it was playing for the live read) because he would have seen at least two sightings of Good Morning Britain ver 1.0

And in the footage of Parky outside Hawley Crescent after 'being begged to stay on' - is that a young Alistair Campbell behind him?

Morgan might have appeared on TV-am but right towards the very end of 1992. Not sure if he was editing Bizzarre in The Sun at that time.

They were on today just after 08:50 when the segment started with the TV-am ident and original GMB opening titles.
