I agree. I was watching the other day and was wondering exactly what Charlotte's role is when not newsreading, other than to look pretty and get annoyed with Piers.

I have been watching a few times over the last couple of weeks, and other than when Charlotte was 'evicted' to other side of the studio to make way for four guests around the desk (much to the amusement of Piers), she does tend to participate in some of the discussions.

He posted on Instagram that he's already cancelled his flights in April.
Wonder if Piers will decide to take time off as flights between UK/US are being cancelled and he won’t be able to get back home.

Yes, I flicked over at 6:30.Poor old Dr Hilary who was having to defend the entire UK medical community and directorate . Just ridiculous, it was like having my local builder on to talk about cladding on tower blocks. Dreadful stuff, and Susanna Reid was also putting the boot in.
