How long has Piers Moron got on his contract at ITV?

For as long as he wants.

Imagine it’ll be Ben doing Mon-Weds then with Charlotte, and Adil with Ranvir Thurs-Fri.

Always strikes me how Ben (and Adil) fill in for Piers, yet their styles are so utterly different. I find for better or worse, the whole tone/feel of the program changes when Ben presents instead of Piers.

And the complaints will change accordingly too.

Ben or Adil trying to be like Piers would stick out like a sore thumb. It's true that it does slip into GMTV 3.0 territory on the slow news day but in these times, I think people will appreciate it more and TBH considering Ben is not a journalist, he's handled presenting GMB pretty well.

Ben and Piers are polar opposites, you couldn’t get more different

Piers won’t quit, he loves being centre of attention on what he sees as his show, he’ll get sacked.

Thanks for that non answer answer - I assume he has a set number of years left to run.

Here is an idea, why not move Lorraine to take over from Piers in the main show, and give Piers the 9am slot to vent his anger and hypocrisy to the ITV viewers. I always remember Jeremy Paxman at the Leveson Inquiry saying he was at a dinner with Piers, and Piers in effect showed he knew how to hack a phone.
