Good Morning Britain in 2020

This makes me think that in a few weeks when it's the Summer holidays, we'll have a newsreader 6-6:30/7 with two presenters 7-10. This'll mean Lorraine can have a break without anyone having to 'cover' her as such

It's not like TV Forum to jump to conclusions. If anything this suggests the newsreader is remaining out of the studio and they're prioritising the weather.

I'd also think if they have two hosts doing 3 hours and one doing one hour they'll keep the same arrangement as Lorraine, even without Lorraine, surely rates better than a standard GMB hour.

Piers and Susanna are off for the summer on Wednesday.

Wonder whether they’ll risk having Richard Madeley fill in, or if Ben will cover most weeks with Charlotte/Ranvir.

Personally I’d like to see Eamonn back for a few shows, though I think it’s been a while since he’s filled in.

I think during the last summer he hosted GMB (maybe 2017?) he did both. I’d imagine it’s a pretty long day though, so potentially not something Eamonn would want to be doing all that often.

Kate is returning, though no confirmed date yet. She will be talking to Piers and Susanna on Wednesday.

On the subject of Eamonn, it’s technically in the same building, so perhaps do-able for a couple of days a week.

I guess we could possibly see Sean coming back to boost the summer numbers. Ben, Ranvir, Charlotte, Sean and Lorraine/Christine for the next few weeks, I guess.

Plus Richard Madeley, Matthew Wright, Adil Ray and Richard Bacon and Bill Turnbull for those of us heading to the bookies.

Although there are 2 differences this year
- Eamonn will be doing 5 days on This Morning not 4
- GMB is longer and the gap between the two shows is only an hour, not two

Oh, so they're not having separate Friday presenters then?

Maybe Kate will say more on Wednesday, but I would expect it wouldn't be too long before she returns to presenting, and if I was a betting man I'd say with Richard M or Adil Mon-Wed, Ben and Charlotte Thur-Fri.
