If that was meant to be an advert for BBC Breakfast it certainly succeeded. Harry Redknapp, Pamela Anderson, Danny Dyer and Robbie and Troopz From Arsenal TV and Piers Morgan all on one show - dear lord. And that opening was incredibly tacky. A total trainwreck of a show.
Rather than gaining me as a potential GMB viewer, it's convinced me to stay well clear for a long time yet.

I actully like it.

This was the best bit of the whole show.

Less guests and a clear order and it would have worked better try a couple more and you might eventually have a workable format show to continually broadcast

Surprised that they didn't just say "live from London".

Woah. I know this will become on a series, but this is definitely not Saturday night entertainment!

If you want a World Cup after-show:

The inclusion of the STV logo was surely pure TV geekery. They could have easily not used the ITV logo and avoided the need to include STV's.

I'm sure STV viewers loved that bit of tokenism given that the content was so heavily focused on the England football team, the St George's flag everywhere and singing 'it's coming home' at the start and end. But hey, STV got their logo.

I see that STV got included in the openers tonight. What about UTV? I get it’s owned by ITV so maybe it’s not necessary to be in the openers but in the tweets advertising the program it only said 9.15pm on ITV, STV and not UTV. Although GEB isn’t the only show to do this.
