Besides from the fact she's radioactive... a confessed sex-addict for a C4 show, was involved in the whole John Leslie unpleasantness, may have made a sex tape with Stan Collymore, played 4:4:2 with Sven, has four kids by three dads...
An all-round wholesome role-model.


Sounds like a typical GMTV viewer to me.

Surely one of (or a combination of) the three other existing female presenters could take over? (Lorraine, Penny or Kate?) I see no need to look outside for a replacement.

If it was absolutely neccesary, the best candidate would be Fern. However, I can't imagine she would ever want to leave her flagship This Morning gig.

There are several other journo/presenters floating around as well, such as Kaye Adams or even Femi Oke (ex CNN).

According to a "source" the Mirror said a couple of days ago that Penny Smith said she and her co-host John Stapleton are heading for an early retirement. Saying she wouldn't want Fiona's position, hinting she was leaving.

I have a feeling a few more presenter depatures will be announced before December.

Funny that, and they've both just been signed up for another 3 years. Now there's a contradiction.

How would you know, i think its far to early to actually say for sure. Id say a decision would be made by bosses around late Oct, early Nov.
