Not sure if this has been mentioned on the forum in the past, but just noticed this when watching an episode of friends. Joey and Chandler were arriving at the premiere for Joey's movie, and there was someone holding a GMTV microphone.

Surely this scene must have been set up just for this episode of Friends, i.e. it wasn't a real movie premiere, so why was there a microphone with a GMTV logo in it?

how do UTV link into GMTV at 6? Do they play a clean ident or just go straight into GMTV newshour ident free?

we get an ITV 1 feed because UTV doesn't start until after GMTV at 9.25am

Where has Fiona disappeared to? She hasn't been on GMTV for ages.

Not that I'm complaining, it gives Penny Smith a chance to have a long stint on the sofa before Kate comes back

By the way, Gloria De Piero is due to co-present NewsHour next week

She's on this week isn't she? At least I think it's her - definitely not Penny who just appears at 7. It's only on on one of the tvs with the sound down!
