All Looks interesting. Dan Lobb is very good. Sarah Elliot is Ex Border too, and will be good to hear Jonathan Willoughby back on the screens. He was brilliant on border.

oh yer I forgot about sarah being ex border that's were she made her name Very Happy also do you think they need a newsreader as the two presenters could read the news just as well and also i was thinking they could have a peoples parliement like a parliement of people from different background who give views on different things in the studio with one of the presenters and have experts in each field ie. home affairs : jackie smith , health : doc hillary and business :martin lewis

oh and also that team is in my view not official in case you misunderstood Very Happy apart from the kate thing

How can the Daybreak logo remind you of Facebook's? They both have completely different colours and fonts, not to mention 'Facebook' is spelled in all lower case, whilst 'Daybreak' isn't. In fact, the only similarities are the solid colour background, the white text colour, and the fact that that particular image is in the same sort of shape as the Facebook logo is usually portrayed.

You can't be serious that the logo reminds you of Facebook just because of the same colour text, shape and colour type. Facebook would be the last thing on my mind.

How do you think people made the link then? Are you suggesting that they've made it up? For what reason? To be funny? Satirical? What?

PS: Sorry about my spellings if bit dodgy not sure if I get them wrong you can turn teacher and put me in detention haha

Not suggesting they made it up, just found it a bit of a tenuous link imo.

Urgh.....the way the letters sit side by side like that to spell out a word reminds me of McDonald's. This is going to be a disaster. I will not be watching.

Oh yes, I'm always reminded of Maccy D's when I see letters sitting side by side. Confused

The logos are very similar but I don't think this will rellay work and also do you think they will go for a desk for the presenters to sit at as well as a sofa a bit like what some of the bbc regional newsrooms do as this format works present the news and business storys then go to a competition and move to the sofa for sport and features

a truly measured and sane response to the new logo.

I do keep imagining they'll use a desk but that may just be because I'm imagining the old London Tonight studio as it used to be.
