It's embarrassing to think a newspaper would sink so low as to make a quote like that up, but it's even more embarrassing if someone actually said it.

I've spoken to the BBC this morning and they have said that she is under contract until later in the year, all the reports at the moment are pure speculation.

Doesn't really add much, but they weren't going to say much else where they Razz

If it is true Adrian was only under contract for about 2 weeks after it was officially announced - so would the announcement come nearer to September?

I would guess that when her contract comes up for renewal, I don't know how far in advance they do them, she will either stay on or leave. Maybe an official announcement will come tomorrow?

My thoughts entirely! Either that or he's trying to impress ITV with his vision for change in an effort to be reinstated!

I have it on good authority that meetings have been taking place all day regarding the new ITV Breakfast Show launching in September. So we have 11-12 weeks of GMTV left as we know it.
